	Joey Jansen van Vuuren Joey Jansen van Vuuren is the Research Group Leader for Cyber Defence for Scientific Research at the CSIR South Africa. This research group is mainly involved in research for the SANDF and Government sectors on Cyber Defence. She obtained a MSc from UNISA and is already in academia and research for 25 years. As Cyber threats became extremely important for the RSA with the recent broadband changes, she focused her research around national cybersecurity.. She is also actively involved in facilitating Cyber awareness programs in South Africa

	Herman le Roux: guarding national security through modelling, simulation, information fusion Herman le Roux, an electronics engineer by training, focuses his research on modelling and simulation as well as information fusion.
