Research highlights


This group presented their work in the fields of femtosecond laser induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS), pump probe spectroscopy and biological applications of this technique; preliminary coherent control development and a showcase of laser diagnostics and control at the recent SAIP conference.
Femtosecond laser used in ground-breaking chemistry research
The CSIR National Laser Centre, via its rental pool programme, is assisting the North-West University in a new project that researchers at the university believe will lead to the value-added utilisation of methane.
