by our staff bears testimony to our commitment towards research and
professional excellence and has shown a year-on-year increase.
We have several development programmes available to staff to ensure
that rich, ongoing learning opportunities are an integral part of
day-to-day work practices. These include the CSIR exchange programme,
sabbatical programme, management and leadership development programme
and the research professional development programme.
