CSIR Postdoctorate

The CSIR Postdoctorate is a programme that gives researchers the opportunity to work closely with researchers and laboratories that are recognised leaders in specialist fields. A postdoctorate appointment is for a 12-month cycle and is subject to annual renewal, depending on the availability of funding.

WHO CAN APPLY?
If you are a researcher with a PhD, currently employed by the CSIR or not, and your qualifications are in line with the CSIR’s scarce skills areas, emerging research areas or core research focal areas in science, engineering and technology you may be eligible for the CSIR Postdoctorate.
