Science and Technology-Europe Africa Project (ST-EAP)

The primary objective of the project is the strengthening of S&T cooperation between African scientists and between African and European scientists. This objective is endorsed by both Africa and the European Union (EU), respectively, in the NEPAD 'Africa's Science and Technology Consolidated Plan of Action'.
