Genthe holds a Master’s degree in microbiology from the University of the Witwatersrand. Her area of interest includes water and health-related issues and health research including environmental epidemiology, drinking water treatment, wastewater reuse, and water pollution microbiology and health risk assessments (both chemical and microbiological human health risk assessments). Genthe has over 30 years of experience in water-related health issues.
