Nice is a senior researcher and professional architect at the CSIR. His expertise ranges from building design and engineering for airborne infection control, healthcare facility planning and design, and healthcare building standards and regulations, to built-form environment assessment, building risk assessments and the microbiology of the built environment. Nice was a Fogarty Fellowship research fellow from 2013 to 2015.
