The Collaborative Program in Additive Manufacturing (CPAM) invites companies to respond to a Call for Proposals (CFP) for an SMME support development program for access to additive manufacturing (AM) design and prototype production (printing) expertise support.
The CFP aims to identify the required support in a wide range of sectors as follows.

- Product development
- Feasibility study for industrial products
Companies are encouraged to apply for support for the purpose of investing in new manufacturing technologies, access to advanced technologies through both design capabilities and manufacturing capabilities. The outcome of this endeavour is for larger adoption of AM, the growing SMME sector; and promoting AM printing bureaus in South Africa.
