- EW operational expertise – military and training experience with systems involving optronics and EW – references will be required;
- Fighter aircraft expertise;
- Understanding of missile countermeasures;
- Understanding of aircraft countermeasures; and
- Software development, simulation and modelling (Cpp and Python).
