Newman’s research interests lie in the definition of baseline concentrations for metals in sediment in southern African coastal waters and assessing water and sediment quality in ports.
Musvoto’s research interests include agriculture, sustainable development, global environmental change and its implications for African agriculture, environmental implications of agricultural land use and the role of agriculture in a green economy.
