Call for Expressions of Interest (EOI): Industry Participation in the Development and Qualification of Hot Isostatic Pressing Applications

The Council for Scientific and Industrial Research invites South African original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), asset owners, foundries, additive-manufacturing companies, powder-metallurgy companies, engineering firms, component manufacturers and other industrial organisations to express interest in participating in a national Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) industrial-development programme. The programme will undertake a structured market study and gather market intelligence on current and potential demand for HIP in South Africa. It will identify credible lead users, priority component families and industrial products that can be processed, developed, improved or qualified at the CSIR HIP facility.
