The current heat conditions in South Africa have affected the already dry and drought-stricken country, aggravating existing vulnerabilities and affecting sectors such as water and agriculture.

Climate change experts from the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) will brief the media on the current status of climate change in the country, and shed light on the complex health impacts it has on South Africans.
