Jenny Holloway

Holloway’s research interests focus on statistical forecasting, time series analysis, general data analysis and quantitative modelling, and design and implementation of simulation models.

Full Profile

Holloway is a senior statistician at the CSIR. She has more than 20 years’ research experience.  Having initially worked in systems analysis, design and programming, her focused changed to data analysis, involving a range of statistical techniques and other quantitative methodologies. Her current expertise lies in the research and application of statistics to complex problems, particularly in the area of time series modelling and forecasting, as well as the design and implementation of simulation models. She is a chartered member of the institute for practicing statisticians in the field of econometrics and a member of the South African Statistical Association.
